SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY -

All membership subscriptions require 30 days notice to cancel.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to the academy.

payments scheduled within the notice period will still be taken.

BAD WEATHER CANCELATION

If a session is cancelled due to weather or facility issues, a replacement session or credit may be offered where possible.

BAD BEHAVIOUR / DISMISSAL

The academy reserves the right to remove a player for inappropriate behaviour without refund.

HOLIDAY CAMPS

Holiday camp bookings are refundable up to 7 days before the start date. Cancellations within 7 days may receive a credit. No refunds are given within 72 hours of the camp start time unless the academy cancels the session.
